Since 2003, Westcoast Water Works (W4) has strived to be the premier master distributor for all your water and wastewater product needs. We currently stock five prominent product lines including Smith-Blair, Threaded Brass, and Trumbull products. As we move forward and continue to grow, you can expect our product lines to expand as well. W4 currently serves the western United States and provides to our valued customers over 50 years of product knowledge, superior customer service and same day shipping service.

The W4 management team includes Brian Voss-President, Mike Castillo-Inside Sales Manager and Jim Foley-Outside Sales Manager. Together they have over 50 years of experience in the water works field. They are supported by a professional and knowledgeable employee team.

THE FACILITY

We’ve got the goods. With over 5000 parts in our vast 13,000 square foot warehouse, it is very likely that we have just the part you need right in our inventory. While typically most customers rely on our same day shipping policy, we also offer convenient will-call for those that need that part NOW.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

W4 offers rapid email order acknowledgement, same day shipping on most orders received before 3:30  and emailed shipment tracking. But, emergencies can happen at any time. When you need us, we’re there for you with a 24 hour emergency hot-line.

Don’t see what you need from our extensive inventory? Then more than likely our expert team of water works professionals can customize the exact product for your requirement. W4 also has the ability to have materials fabricated for the most unusual applications that you might come across.
